Branding Compassionate Memory Care

When The Reserve—a series of memory care communities in Texas and Illinois—approached Magnetar Advertising to rebrand five of their locations, they needed an identity that balanced warmth, clarity, and emotional resonance. We developed a fresh visual system anchored by a sparrow in flight, a symbol chosen to reflect levity, agility, and freedom—qualities that evoke moments of clarity, dignity, and beauty often sought in memory care. The color palette of crème, orange, and sage provides an inviting, calming presence while signaling a modern, thoughtful approach to care. Paired with clean, contemporary typography, the new brand helps The Reserve convey trust, compassion, and forward-thinking care for families navigating memory loss.

Collateral & Direct Mail

Magnetar Advertising supported The Reserve’s refreshed branding by producing a comprehensive set of marketing materials designed to engage families and referral sources. We designed a suite of collateral pieces including an elegant tri-fold brochure that aligns with the new visual identity. The brochure provides clear, heartfelt messaging and imagery to communicate the community’s unique approach to memory care. We also developed and deployed targeted direct mail campaigns using this new creative direction, focusing on driving inquiries and increasing brand awareness in each local market.

Email & Programmatic Display

To support The Reserve’s digital marketing efforts, Magnetar produced a series of programmatic display ads that reflect the brand’s approachable and uplifting aesthetic and ran campaigns across premium inventory relevant to their target. Additionally, we created a lead acquisition email campaign tailored to introduce the rebranded communities to prospects. This included strategy, design, copywriting, and deployment—delivering consistent messaging and strong calls to action across every touchpoint.
