Branding Elevated Senior Living

Magnetar developed the brand for The Preserve at Spring Creek Senior Living with a focus on blending natural beauty with elevated elegance. As a newly constructed, upscale senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and cottages, the branding needed to reflect both sophistication and warmth. Inspired by the adjacent wildlife preserve, we selected a calming, approachable color palette of blues and greens to evoke a sense of nature, tranquility, and well-being. The logo features a refined tree icon, symbolizing
growth, life, and the surrounding preserve itself. Paired with elegant yet modern typography, the brand strikes a balance between timeless class and contemporary appeal—positioning The Preserve as a serene and premier destination for senior living.

Promoting The Preserve

After establishing the brand identity for The Preserve at Spring Creek, Magnetar extended the visual language into a full suite of marketing materials to support the community’s lease-up efforts. We designed and produced a range of print collateral—including brochures, sales flyers, and digital brochures—that communicated the elevated lifestyle, amenities, and care offerings in a visually compelling and easy-to-digest format. To further amplify visibility and reach prospective residents and families, we also executed targeted direct mail campaigns using the brand’s approachable, nature-inspired aesthetic. Every piece was crafted to reflect the community’s premium positioning while driving awareness and interest during this critical launch phase.

Magnetar also designed and produced signage for the community during construction and executed digital programmatic display campaigns using geo-targeting and behavioral data to reach prospective residents and families. To further boost awareness and credibility, we ran high-impact print advertising, including front-page ads and inserts in the Dallas Morning News, strategically placing The Preserve at the forefront of the local market during its critical lease-up phase.

Grand Opening

For The Preserve at Spring Creek’s grand opening campaign, Magnetar created a cohesive suite of advertising and marketing materials designed to capture the elevated yet welcoming spirit of the brand. We developed elegant flyers, social media graphics, direct mail pieces, and email visuals—all featuring a refined floralmotif and whimsical script typography that complemented the community’s branding. The campaign extended into traditional media with custom-designed inserts in the Dallas Morning News, ensuring a wide and strategic reach. Every element worked together to build excitement, reflect the beauty of the property, and drive attendance and interest in the new community.
