  • Utilization of Client Content: You grant Magnetar Advertising a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content you provide for the purpose of providing services to you. This includes the right to utilize the works in advertising and promotional materials related to our portfolio and services.

  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property and proprietary rights of any works created by Magnetar Advertising as part of our services are the property of the client, except for any elements, materials, or content provided by Magnetar Advertising.

3. Service Specifics

Our services include web design, graphic design, marketing, social media management, and PPC/advertising. Each of these services may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be discussed and agreed upon with you before commencement of work.

4. Limitations of Liability

Magnetar Advertising shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and furthermore the state of Texas whereas our corporate offices reside.
